ALEO light engines are ideal for UV LED systems used in the post-curing of 3D printed parts. Our high-quality optics enable UV LED curing systems to cure resins quickly and efficiently, resulting in stronger, more durable 3D printed parts.
The ALEO LE-A96 is a high-power UV LED array that provides high intensity and consistent uniformity. It combines a large working area, balanced intensity, and excellent uniformity to provide a high ratio of power to coverage. It consists of 96 SMD UV LEDs distributed equally on two metal core PCBs with 8 connectors, 4 thermistors and a reflector assembled on each PCB.
The ALEO LE-96 can be paired with a range of accessories to provide increased performance and flexibility.
Standard wavelengths available in 365 nm, 385 nm, and 405 nm. Custom wavelengths available upon request.
