ALEO light engines are ideal for UV LED systems used in the post-curing of 3D printed parts. Our high-quality optics enable UV LED curing systems to cure resins quickly and efficiently, resulting in stronger, more durable 3D printed parts.
The ALEO LE-S1 is a high-intensity focused spotlight LED light engine that is designed for working in small spaces and short distances. With a diameter of about 10 mm, this UV LED PCBA can fit into small geometry UV curing devices and systems that require high intensity in a small area of interest. It can reach intensities of over 23 W/cm2 and boasts a uniformity of over 90%. The LE-S1 features low heat generation and an LED life of 20,000 hours.
